How much solidity will i lose spinning??
i am going to go 4 x a week and i weigh 120, 5ft.

spinning is a stionary bike.
my dad dose it, he is BIG inter it. we have a spin bike, and he is also i cryclist (rode surrounded by the tour de france)
my dad use to be cubby but he started to spin (4 years ago)

but you dont NEED to loose much weight, individual about 5lbs.
