How Much Repitition Is Good?
I Am A 14 Year Old Male, 5' 10'' and about 165 lbs. I consume around 3,250 calories daily. I be wondering, since I am only able to do home work outs, going on for how many reps of Push-Ups, Sit-Ups, and other stuff I can do to lose weight? It would oblige to also know what kind of different workouts I can do and how do I cut back on calories?

So lets vote u can do 20 pushups without your arms starting to feel funky... do that for a few days afterwards shoot for 25. same for sit-ups squats etc. everyone if differnt and so are their starting levels. when trying to loose weight you should not be hungry... formulate sure u eat a huge breakfast, this is what starts your metabolism and thus burns caleries.. if your hungry 2-3 hours later... too soon for lunch this is a right thing... eat on form and work out you will see results... if your looking to get "buff" after a good 2-3 weeks after u can start using weights, house hold items work... take the milk container and fill next to water and lift differnt ways... u can also work your legs this passageway with using a mens tie, tie it your leg and to the container and lift... or u can walk to the gym. the trick with getting bulky manly big muscles is not the number of reps but the weight u use... example moved out 20 pounds 10 times or 5 pounds 100 times... u will get larger muscles with more freight... remember to feel and listion to your body...
