how many kms should i walk to lose 2 kgs (4.4 pounds) per week and at what speed? and how lots calories should i have?
i am 24yrs old, womanly, 76kgs (167.2 pounds) & 157cms tall.
please tell me how to do it... please dont recount me why not to do it...
