Answers:    Remember, you are a teenager and your body is still growing and developing, so you do not want to hurt the nouns of your body. What you do want to do though is get into shape. This is what I recommend:

There are two key elements to losing solidity: a good eating plan and a pious exercise plan.

I would recommend buying Body for Life by Bill Phillips. The actually gives you a few charts to relief you plan your exercise and eating routines. Also, you should think of this as a mode of life, not just a transient thing.

As for eating, he shows you how to devour 6 meals a day - 3 meal and 3 snacks. You even get one free day a week. You can put away anything you want and you do not have to exercise on that one free day.

You exercise 6 days a week. Three days are aerobic-type exercises, and three days are weight-lifting or resistance type exercises. Aerobic exercises would include quickly walking, jogging, running, playing tennis, aerobic, or anything else that is going to exercise your heart for at least possible twenty minutes per day. As you get into better shape, you can stir longer. In his video, he really recommends jogging or running. He shows you how to ebb and flow your speed while jogging so you can get the best results. As for the counterbalance lifting exercises, he gives you a chart for those. He shows you examples for exercises you can use that will strengthen the different areas in your body. You only plot in the exercises you want to do on the chart.

This is a good program. Good luck and content summer!

You need to cut sugar completely from your diet. Don't add sugar to anything. Don't munch through anything that is naturally big in sugar like fruit and fruit liquid, corn etc. Drink only bottled water. Eat remarkably low or no-fat food. Don't eat late at hours of darkness. Eat lots of veggies and drink veggie drinks (eg. V8) whenever you are hungry. Eat chicken breast for protein. DON'T STARVE YOURSELF.
As far as exercise is concerned, walking long distances is a good start. Find a sport that you like and stick near it. aim for 135 lbs
