How plentiful calories are they contained by a plate of rice?
I need to diet. I eat rice everyday and I walk/climb up 11 flight if stairs 3days per week. Does it works?
and how masses calories are they in a plate of rice?
Answers: no don't listen to the one above me...all kind of rice have almost same amount of calories
its just that brown rice have more fibre and lower GI than white rice so its healthier and u will be full for longer time
umm...it depends how much is a plate but i can inform u that a bowl (300ml) of rice has about 220-260 calories
im a chinese and we drink rice in a bowl
but people here individual use bowls for soup
If eating rice is your concern, then rise and fall your week. Eat rice every other day. or eat it as a soup...that could halt the calories. Dont count the calories..that will drive you crazy...just keep climbing those stairs how much (ex: # of cups) and what considerate of rice is it?
