like...how should you eat ur 3 meal?
ex. morning food with medium carb low overweight medium protein
lunch high protein low carb surrounding substance fat
dinner high protein low carb low large

i usually walk about 30 min to college at 5am walk back to academy 30 min around 3 m. and around 4pm i work out. (little cardio and weight lifts)
