i would say it would be very firm to lose that amount within two weeks, im trying to get that bad in 3months! but just try and devour healthy and excersise =] thats the only in shape way to do it and keep it sour really. i tried weight watchers once, lost some weight but when i come off it i put it all fund on. i was NOT happy lol.
