How to loose cargo surrounded by 3 months, getting arranged for 8th echelon!?
OK so today June 19, 2008, was my last hours of daylight of seventh grade, and i am a little over consignment, I would like to loose about 20 or more pounds within 3 months, before the semester starts, it is possible because my sister did it! but i do not want to ask her what she did because we are not very close!
Oh and i know that your suppose to drink healthier, but what type of exercises ans type of foods can I eat?

Answers: Take the first weeks to start slowly. Instead of taking the saloon to some where close by, walk here and forget elevators, take the stairs. Then start running/jogging [do you have a treadmill?] save, just KEEP MOVING!
I like to do pushups, squats and skip rope. I hate going out when it's hot so I can do this at home in front of the tv even. Also, I bought some tautness bands for exercise and they're good for resistance exercises [think weights w/o the heaviness]
As for food, don't cogitate of it as a diet, just healthier option. Eat grilled chicken, veggies [remember the greener, more colorful the better]. For salads, keep it interesting and mix it up. It's all roughly experimentation to avoid getting into a rut. I like eating lentils, beans, grain, etc. Also avoid soda, clear/dark, whatever, it's bad for you. Drink dampen, lots of it.
Is there a friend you can start doing all this near? It's really good if you have somebody that lives close to you who can travel through this for motivation/support. Or you can email me!

Drink lots of water. If you don't approaching plain water Crystal light is sugar free. The raspberry, peach, strawberry and pomegranate cherry are adjectives pretty decent. The lemonade isn't bad but the grapefruit flavor is better.
It's ok in a minute and again to snitch a cookie or have some lite butter on popcorn but don't overdo it every night or every daytime on those things. Quaker makes mini rice cakes that are chocolate flavored that aren't partly bad and that are no fat. I buy them for my son contained by different flavors to snack on and he loves em (I snitch once in awhile too ...). If you miss a salty crunch, pretzels own always been fleshy free. Look for a multigrain variety if you can find it because they will be healthier. Jello is worthy, frozen fruit juice is good as a popsicle. Yogurt is a devout food.
First, you should talk to your doctor about losing freight and figuring out a healthy target counterbalance. Losing 20 pounds in middle school is A LOT! But near are lots of things you can do to lose excess fat: join a softball league this summer, step swimming, bike riding, walk your dog, do mom's excersize videos (those can be fun lol), etc. One entity you can do to eat healthier is to drink less bread and more veggies. If you cut out soda, fruit juice, candy, and other high-sugar foods, you will be much in good health. and NO FAST FOOD. You are much too young to be concerned with your cargo unless you are at a weight that is truely ailing. I highly suggest talking to your parents and doctor roughly speaking your concerns. You need to be really strong about it!
Your young-looking, you can do it really fast. Buy Vitamin B Complex pills at your local grocer and take those day by day.
Vitamin B boosts your metabolism and gives you lots of energy. its what they put surrounded by all those new enegry drinks... check the sign...
Then cut all of your usual meals surrounded by half. Your stomach will shrink, and after a while you wont be able to guzzle as much.

DON'T *NOT* EAT or skip meals!! that slows your metabolism down. make sure to get through 3 balanced meals a morning, drink plenty of water, and stay away from empty calories (soda, cast-offs food, etc.).
limit your carbs/starches (bread, mashed potatoes)
restrain your sweets (candy. most JUICES etc.)
jog in your neighborhood or be in motion to the gym. if you hate jogging, play a sport (vball, basketball) or shift swimming! cardio work is good. :)
