How to loose wieght hurriedly??
is there anyway of loosing weight or tonging up surrounded by just over a week?!
Im a size 10, just wanna tone up the belly and legs!
or generlly loose wieght in a hurry!!!

Answers: swimming is a really good method to tone your whole body. It works on your stomach muscles and breat stroke kick works on your thighs. Don't stop consumption, just do regular exercise and eat decent and i think you will. another good approach to loose weight quickly is not to put away after a certain time say 6pmish, because next all your food will get digested previously you go to bed. It works for me :)
First of all, be risk-free and healthy - don't starve yourself. Really you should just exercise to remodel your body, especially if you're a size 10, which is already very slim.
But if you're really desperate to do it in such a little, the way to appear more slender and toned isn't to kill yourself next to exercise, it's to lose a few pounds. I'd suggest you go on a very strict - but glowing - diet - cut way down on carbs, no alcohol, lots of salad and fruit, no chocolate or crisps, small portions of protein like fish, eggs, lean meat or chicken etc. Try and get through smaller portions in general and identify when you're full. Never over-stuff yourself. Combine that near a bit of exercise and you should see a difference in a week.
Or you could do the cereal diet: that works. Two bowls of cereal to replace two meals and a usual, light meal within the evening.
