I think you might be getting a moment or two mixed up with what you want exactly. You say that you want to lose "weight" but that resources you might want to get rid of some muscle too. Is my workout routine alright?


Eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Try to stay away or cut down on sugar and starches. Excercise daily. Don't eat after 7pm. Drink 8 goggles (8 ounces) daily. Drink green tea supposed to help increase your metabolism. I united weight watcher and lost 30 pounds. Give it a try it may work for you! Good Luck!!
