How to Lose 7 Pounds surrounded by 1 Month?

It's really important that I lose 7-10 pounds in 1 month.

1) within isn't anything wrong with thighs OR hips- they are, in reality, what make you a woman.
2) Instead of focusing on "losing weight", try to become more athletic and healthy. I would start working out more and find a sport you really relish, so that you can both have fun and gain muscle. Muscle looks a lot better than portly and it will keep your body more active and strong.

Honestly, you can't lately "lose" fat unless you stop eating, which is NOT flawless. It either stays as fat on you or turns into muscle, which is instrument healthier and you look toned.

Also, don't worry just about a number on a scale. I'm a very stout, VERY athletic 16 year old, 5'5", and I weigh 135 pounds. I don't think anyone I know would ever look at me and name me close to fat- I have a very flat stomach, curves, and a fine body. The number shouldn't matter if you look how you want to and you're being fighting fit. :)

Cardio will burn the calories and Weight training will tone and develop muscles while still burning the calories. The more muscle you hold the more calories you will actually burn. eat nil but veggies and drink lots of water. Do a cardio exercise one day after a sculpting exercise the next.
