How to lose ten pounds?
I want to lose my last 10-15 pounds. I'm about 137 and i want to be 125

Answers: You involve to do a lot of cardio. Like running, swimming, biking,dancing and stuff approaching that for at least 30 minutes each daytime.
Go on a strict diet. No soda, no juices. Just water milk, marine, water and more water!!!
Allow no sweets or chips.
Whole wheat bread simply.
Do 50 crunches each day.
And upright luck!
You need to cut sugar completely from your diet. Don't add sugar to anything. Don't devour anything that is naturally big in sugar like fruit and fruit liquid, corn etc. Drink only bottled water. Eat immensely low or no-fat food. Don't eat late at hours of darkness. Eat lots of veggies and drink veggie drinks (eg. V8) whenever you are hungry. Eat chicken breast for protein. DON'T STARVE YOURSELF.
As far as exercise is concerned, walking long distances is a good start. Find a sport that you like and stick next to it. to get started no soda drink a gallon of water a light of day spring or distill no tap water!! or crystal neutral for your meals.
Breakfast eat 3 egg whites or oatmeal and a fruit.
Lunch get through a grilled chicken breast vegetables with light grease 1 teaspoon and a fruit.
Dinner eat a tuna or chicken salad / grilled or broil chicken breast with Mrs. Dash on it and a small cut of vegetables and a fruit.
no consumption after 7pm !!
do 250 sit-ups in the morning and 250 sit-ups before bed.
Do leg squats against the wall 3 sets of 20 once every other morning.
Walk for 30 minutes twice a day or jog within the house for 30 minutes if the weather is bad out.
Ride a treadmill for 20-30 minutes a day and that should do it. Make sure you do this through out the morning not all at once.
Try this for 6 weeks and see the difference only if you really want to loose bulk.
