How to progress from 120 to 110 lbs?10 pts best answer?
i'm doing this for 2 reasons.
1. obviously, i want to lose 10 lbs. don't verbs, for my height the bmi will still be fine
2. to get fit. i seriously haven't done any solid, regular exercise since girls tennis season done (oct.) and i want to be on the team next year too.
so how long will it hold me to lose 10 lbs?
and how do i go about doing it? please don't offer me suggestions like, "cut out ALL carbs" or something because even if i wanted to (i don't) my mother wouldn't agree to me do it. i have to eat her food (it's pretty in shape anyways. but lots of rice)
i've started exercising.
today i walked a little over 20 min on the treadmill at a speed of 3.7 mph :( yeah, i know it's not that great.
so
1. what should i do? (exercise, food) how regularly
2. how long will it take?
3. what do i need to avoid?
gratefulness!
Answers: 1. exercise at for 30-60 minutes a day
2. eat lots of vegetables and fruits and chicken and instead of mcdonalds or unwholesome resturants eat subway :]
3. at least 2 or 3 months or it depends if you esecise longer
4. avoid intake too much drink lots of water ummm also try not to sit and not do anything ..what else.o and for fun you can out on reggaeton music and dance for 20 minutes or however long you want to i love doing that
you should get through 6 meals a day..smaller meal (yogurt with granola, small chicken breast.) do jogging and moderate short sprints. also use a immensity training program that involves repititions of 10 or more . drink plenty of water and dont eat 2 hours formerly you go to bed... well, run seriously, or jog. and food wise, try drinking smaller portions. also, don't eat after 8 o clock. another tip is to eat a couple pieces of broccoli since you eat. it speeds up your metabolism and helps you devour less. Good luck!
Okay here is the best thing you can do...for at least possible a month...ever morning go running for a mile or 2 and i dotn mean on the treadmill I'm conversation hardcore in the sun running...also EAT everything u ate before but guzzle half of it...for example if you usually ate a plate full of rice eat partially of taht plate. I'm hoping this will work cuz it worked on my cousin accept she didn't go running surrounded by the morning ... she actually ate everything but half of it and she did it for resembling 6 months instead of a month and she ended up losing 40 pounds! so i hope this will help you too..well brought-up luck! Lots of water (6-8 glasses a day), fruits and veggies as snacks, 2-3 servings of dairy a daylight, and foods high in fiber and low within sat and trans fats. Since you can't cut out carbs, shift for whole weat breads, pastas, brown rice, etc. Be sure to look at portion sizes, too. Sometimes they seem really small, but after just about a week, you're satisfied with the recommended amount and anything more than that seem like way too much. Since you are exercising, it's possible to lose roughly 2 pounds a week. Good luck! :)
