3. drink just water,100% natural/fresh fruit/veggie juices,lowfat milk and lots of green tea
4. severely restrain carbs n fat but eat lean proteins and veggies unbelievably well..make sure you munch through a good breakfast!foods generally that aid stout loss-
fruits,oatmeal,milk,raw nuts,fish,beans,veggies, small chunks of dark chocolate and herbal teas.
5. do so-so amounts of pilates/yoga/strength training to get the best from your cardio,make slight adjustment to your workout routines

Weight training: Lunges, squats, bicep curls, dips, etc...Work those muscles...Find 1-2 exercise for each body part and complete 2-3 sets of 10-15 reps. This will tone your body and the more muscle you hold the higher your metabolism will be thus the more calories you will burn at rest!
Diet: To lose weight you necessitate to eat less calories than you burn surrounded by a day. Choose whole foods...avoid pre package foods as much as possible. Ideas: fresh fruits, veges, lean protein (chicken breast, turkey breast, lean beef, egg whites, fish, canned tuna..), and whole grain. Also watch the condiments. Yes drink water at all times, try to cut on the sodas and sugars, guzzle more vegetables and cereals, natural cereal like oat meal and grain, eat some yogurt as well. Develop suitable exercising habits, try not jog as much because is not drastically healthy to your knees, just totter and exercise for a good hour or two. Here's some weight loss tip's I hold picked up over the years:
- Exercise 6 to 7 days a week.
- And try to break your workout into two different sessions, this gives your metabolism a jolt.
- Drink 10 to 12 cups of sea a day. And try to drink ice cold wet, it burns more calories.
- Take enough vitamins, especially ones that promote weight loss (such as 1800 mg. of Fish Oil, Vitamin B Complex, Co-enzyme Q-10, ect. Do your research).
- Drink green tea or lift green tea pills ( it's been shown to speed up your metabolism).
- For your metabolism's sake, eat inwardly 1 hour of waking up and don't eat 3 hours beforehand you go to bed.
- Try a vegan or lacto-vegetarian diet (it worked for me :D).
- Drink 12 oz. of warm lemon water (use the liquid of 1/2 a lemon) with a little deep-sea salt every morning. This will detoxify your body and make your skin look amazing.
- Or, if giving up meat freshly isn't your thing, just count calories. Try to hold around 1200 a day.
- Try to avoid white, bleached, or enriched flour.
- Stay away from soaring fructose corn syrup and hydrogenated oils.
- Eat every 2 to 4 hours to keep your metabolism going.
- Eat 5 to 6 small meal a day to keep your metabolism up.

If you don't eat wheat next you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey cake, you don't eat junk food, and you don't munch through biscuits. But your diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not own to calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. Its simple. Eat vigorous foods. Exercise. thats really all u can do.(and surgery)
Try dinking water and staying away from the fridge when your bored. Sometimes I put away becuase i want to taste something, but now i chew gum or pop a mint.
If you crave something sweet. Eat fruits close to grapes or Watermelon or an apple! Start out w/ 1 peice of candy a day. Once uv mastered that try 1 peice of candy every other day.
Walk or ride your bike more and at most minuscule work out three times a week. try going on bike rides w/ bffs. Walk your dog. I run w/ my ipod.
Im really skinng (5'11" 110-115lbs) but I have super fast metabolism and theres zilch I can do to gain or lose weight. the one thing that I do that may be what keep my metabolism going is I eat a lot during the morning versus eating 3 big meals. I snack and get through the big meals.

Instead of ingestion 3 meals a day, chomp through 6 small snacks, it keeps your metabolism going instead of having to stop after start up again when you start your meals drink water,drink fruit, and low calorie food, dont eat if your NOT hungry. and stretch, ad pinch a couple walks every 1-3 days

Why is drinking Diet Coke fruitless for dieters?
