How to carry abs to show?
Hi, I was just primarily wondering how to get to my abs to show and looked toned and defined. I weigh 229 and have BMI of 31.1 %. It is adjectives pretty much in my gut and thighs I really wanted to lose my gut and consent to my abs show, because I can flex my abs and you can really feel them. Im not all purely fat. I can bench 225 and I'm only 14 and squat 265. So only just wanted to lose to the fat contained by that area. Any opnion's will be gladly appreciated. Thanks!
Answers: The solely way for abs to appear defined is to lose the body fat around the stomach nouns. Your bench and squat weight are impressive for a 14-year elderly, but 31.1% of body fat is more than 10% over what's considered "healthy." Don't win me wrong, but that is what's probably hiding your toned abs.
Speaking from personal experience, I'm 6'1 and 192 lbs. with 19.6% of body cooking oil, and my abs still aren't clear cut. Even though I can feel the abs beneath the layer of podginess, it will not show unless I reduce my body fat to around 15%
I'm 14% body solid and I can see my abs but they aren't real cut like some people's. I'm going to try to win to 12%. I started out June 1 at 18%. YOu have to adjust diet and eat the right things. Less carbs no sugar or proper carbs (milk has sugar). Eat protein supplements. I can't explain it all here but read up on it and don't cheat and guzzle garbage except for one meal a week. Do HIIT to minister to burn fat. Avoid insulin and blood sugar spikes except for post workout. cardio. you need to own a bf% of 10% or less for visible abs. cardio resembling running lowers bf.
