How to tone and getting thinner upper legs.?
I go to the gym twice a week, and I only weigh 116 lbs, but my upper legs and butt are still huge. It's resembling, I lost weight everywhere but there, what are so exercises/technicques to work that nouns of my body.

I do about a 100 squats a night, i started beside about 20 becuase that's all i could do, but bit by bit I got to 100 and my upper legs are really toned and pretty =]
it is a mix of what you eat and how you exercise. Things you want you devour are thing with a ton of protein similar to fish and nuts (stay away from food with a lot of starches close to white bread, flour, white rice ect.) running is great but to target those upper legs a great exercise is one where you lay down on you back drop your arms straight out for bllance, bring you legs straight up so they are a 90 scope angle to you torso. drop the left leg to the left and the rightleg to the right an rght away bring them put a bet on up poiting to the celing ( you can do a little 'beat' where you put your right foot infront of your departed the left in front of your right . drop your legt to any side and bring them back pointing at the celing.
do this for like 5 repitions of 10. strength training will support, light to medium weights soaring reps 20 per exercise, when you start to strengthen your muscles the your body will tone and shape up. in actual fact big thighs and butt are a good thing.. it make you look curvy and alot of guys like that. i wouldnt change cuz i dream up u have a perfect body...i didnt tight for that to sound weird. Personally, I infer your legs look great. But if you still wanna tone them up, then do a lot fo walking or biking.
