How to carry within shape earlier university starts?
im 13 and want to get in shape until that time school starts back so i can be in good health and look better! i got a head start by drinking lots of river but anymore tips?

This is the preseason training i do for my semi-professional fotoball team. It is a muscular mass training, what it will do is tone your muscles up and make you look stronger.
Diet:
Eat 5 times a daytime, morning, mid-morning, midday, evening, night
Your diet has to be perched
An example for one day of diet would be something like this
8h00 - Citrus liquid, toast, milk
10h30 - Bread and fruit
1h00 - Fish and vegetables
5h30 - 2L Fruit smoothie ( use orange juice instead of milk or rime cream)
9h30 - Meat and vegetables
Don't forget to drink LOTS AND LOTS of water throughout the day. Some race go as far as recommending 8L a hours of daylight. I think 6L is beyond enough.
Water is essential to your body, it will support your muscles, prevent injuries and keep you hydrated, which on the long term will enhance observation.
Don't over eat - when you're not hungry: stop. If you feel resembling eating something during the day, chomp through fruit.
Eat a small fruit before and after every training.
Training:
I wouldnt recommend training 2 days in a row. You can train 4 times a week. If you train too repeatedly your muscles, that grow when you rest, wont have time to grow.
You can do something like this
Mon - Upper body training ( arms and pecs)
Tue - Rest
Wed - Middle training (abs etc)
Thu - Rest
Fri - Lower Body Training (Legs)
Sat - Rest
Sun - Aerobic Training (swimming, running)
Lifting weights give good results, but dont lift too much bulk and dont focus your training on weight if you're young.
Remember to do abs and push/pull - ups and leg excersices that dont require mass. Working against your own weight is the best way to trade name sure your muscles are proportional and nicely toned, making sure they arent big, bulky and bizarre. However if you want to gain this muscle fast, you might have need of to use weights.
Trainings should last between 30h - 1h30.
The best time to train is between 8h00 and 10h30AM
Second best is between 5h30 and 9h30PM
Start off near a really hard week, then restore your health the next week and continue contained by this fashion.

ok sounds like you're off to a honest start because water is the key : ) create sure you are drinking about 4-5 tall goggles a day ( about the size of a regular poland spring bottle) this will equal the 64 oz that are needed a light of day.
since you are so young and you sound similar to you are in pretty good shape already, i would insist on to just keep alive this summer. take a 30 min. brisk walk, or roller skate, run swimming.
also eat healthy, start you morning or with a good breakfast resembling oatmeal and fruit or eggs and fruit. stay away from fast food resturants and sweet and salty contaminated snacks.
and you will definitely see results before arts school starts.
Lvo S has a good work out program. I'd do that and when conservatory starts consider joining a sport. I tried X-country my Senior year of high school. I sucked but I be in the best shape of my life! I go from a size 12 to a 6 in like two months and I looked Great! To this daytime I wished I would of started X-C when I was younger. So righteous luck with your work outs and don't pick up any bad ingestion habits. ya I'm 13 too
and try working out at least 3 days a week ... close to playing a sport or running something u enjoy
also try to eat athletic lots of fruits and veggies lots of water
sleep because the more rested u are the more energy u will enjoy and the less u will eat.
and simply don't sit around all day on the comp. and t.v gain out and get active.
