How oodles situps should I do?

I bike everyday to and from work for exercise, but since this is not working out my stomach, how many situps should I do? I'm not looking for a really ripped chest or a 6-pack, I a moment ago want to tone down a bit.

How do I save my skin from becoming loose next to shipment loss?



Answers:    do 3 sits of 10-15 reps no more... maybe try plank and side plank too a lot of it is surrounded by the diet though. biking is like running it doesnt really work ur abs as much as it reveals them.

Will i loose counterbalance...?


< 100/day seems similar to a good start.
