How briskly does the human body turn sugars into solid?
I know that you intake calories to burn them off, and i know that if you dont, the body just stores the fat from them. but does anyone know how FAST the body does this?
Answers: So I think this question is remarkably interesting. I have no medical background, but if I have to guess, here is what I would say:
Imagine eating a breakfast time, and then waiting until you were rather bit dizzy with hunger afterwards. This is when your blood stream is devoid of sugars. This is probably a different amount of time for each soul - for me it's about 6-7 hours.
So that's my final answer, Chuck. In 6-7 hours, all the sugars contained by my blood stream have been burned bad or stored in my muscles and/or converted to fat, and are no longer readily accessible by my brain/heart.
