How will I verbs the cargo in need losing more?

I started my weight loss plan about 2 months ago. Im 14, girl, 5'1. First I weigh 140-now 122. I want to get to 110 but after that no more, should i stop exercising?
im afraid of becoming anorexic or something.

IF your eating right and exercising, and are fairly in good health you will never be TOO thin. That only happen to people who don't have satisfactory nutrients so I don't think you have to verbs about being too skinny. Just put away whenever your hungry or even before, and build muscle and for the record building muscle will put together you skinnier not heavier, because muscle burns more calories than fat. no once you hit your goal consignment, keep doing what your doing, but increase your calories just for a moment bit, and maybe once a month just lessen your calories for a week, so you don't cause yourself to gain anything.

You won't become anorexic by exercising. Just make sure you guzzle 5 small meals a day and maintain up the exercise, maybe even some weights. Being female, you won't stack on huge amounts of muscle. no save exersising
cardio is great or do something you love
eat healthy
but treat yourself atleast 1-3 times a week next to chocolate
icecream,or any cnady you love..
