I am 15 year old man and only weigh 100 lbs. I guzzle 3 meals a day near an occasional snack. But I am not gaining weight. I still really low surrounded by weight percentile. I would say I drink alot and I still don't gain weight. What do you suggest? The doctor said I should drink Carnation Breakfast, which taste really crappy. Also I usually swim for nearly 2 hours a day which my dad and coach say can burn close to 500+ calories.
