I am a woman. I own to run 1.5mi surrounded by 14:46 or smaller number. I hold smaller number than 2wks. Any thinking or suitable warning?
I walked .5mi around the track in 8:40 but could not verbs. I have less than two weeks and I call for to increase my conditioning in order to complete the run contained by 14:00..I NEED HELP! I do not want to fail..I would like to complete this successfully.
Answers: Well are you the athletic type? and if you don't mind me asking your age, mass and height? I might be able to total your statistics.

OK well I don't know why you're having trouble you are going on for 5 - 15 pounds overweight which is actually average for people your age at present. Well statistics aren't always right. Heres an idea. Walk or run beside leg weights or holding weights. Nothing too heavy keep it wispy. about 5 pounds should do. When you run without them you will find it really graceful. MAKE SURE TO DRINK PLENTY OF WATER BEFORE! It will not slow you down but help in the long run. And playing soccer is great sport to build stamina. It involves abundantly of running and can be fun playing with friends.

I had 5 days to be capable of run a mile, and I ended up making it in 7 minutes 30 second.
What you want to do is to start running each day, trying to gain up to a mile and a half. Once you can reach that (regardless of the time it take you), start increasing your speed until you can make it in in the order of 14 minutes (to give yourself some grace time).
It may help to run near a friend to motivate you, but definitely run every single day (except for the afternoon before, so you can rest your muscles). Also remember to drink plenty of water so you don't capture dehydrated and to stretch before and after respectively run.

you couldn't verbs while walking? this is serious. just keep walking everyday next increase to running. Run above 1.5mi while you are training. i think that u need 2 tread yourself and drink plenty of fluids like water and gatorade/powerade. also try 2 mix it up a bit...possibly walk leisurely, later powerwalk, then if u can jog 4 a bit.
a short time ago keep walking every day and respectively time go a little faster until u bring back to jogging. you'll feel it n da mrning, but aftr a while u'll be used 2 it & u'll be running surrounded by no time!:] Sounds like you need to run downhill
