I am on the "Oatmeal Diet" where on earth I guzzle oatmeal 5 to 6 mornings a week. what could I to supply more fiber ?

On my sandwiches, I use Mrs. Barid's wheat plus added fiber. Two slices is 14g of fiber, 48% of your daily requirements. Sometime's I'll also mix a glass of natural flavor metamucil surrounded by a small cup of water and down it before bed. Metamucil is also an excellent source of fiber. There are several fiber pills that you can pinch, but they also have this bottle of stuff that looks like iced tea mix. It is vulgar and you can add it to anything , mix it in, and it give you the right amount of fiber. I think its called "fiberone" But i am not sure
