Well, I know you may not like the idea of liquid fasting (please don't tell me not to do it), and I involve help motivating myself enough to do it the unharmed way. My motivation right now is to cleanse my body so I'll be relieved and to drop a few pounds before the beach. Help me please.

Using fasting as a channel to detox the body is a poor selection. Why not try some of the body cleansers (internal type) if you really feel that you requirement to detoxify? In my opinion, I would rather do a river or green tea fast because you'd lose weight quicker. A liquid fast is okay too. Just be sure not to be dehydrated! Good luck on your quick.
