I can't exercise for almost 6 weeks?
I went to the doctor today to discuss the results from bloodwork I got done before this month. I was tested negative for mono, but my doctor still think it's mono, so I'm not allowed to do strenuous activity. What do I do?!! I don't want to lose my abs and waistline. I used to weigh 141, but I go down to 137 when I got sick! Did I lose muscle tone?! What are some exercise-free/minimal exercise ways to keep my hourglass amount and my muscle tone?
Answers: Do the basic pushups situps/crunches and squats and you will be cool until you are better. I lost pounds also because I had the flu second winter.
