I don't know how this happen, but i'm really surprised?

so a couple months ago I weighed like 140 145..and I'm 5'6.
so I be like ok. and just yesterday I weigh myself and I am 175.
Like holy gee!

My stomach is hugeeeee.
I really mean huge. like 40 inch
I'm so surrounded by the dirt right now.
What do I do.
?

I'm been on diets back..it's just so hard.

I want bigger breastseseses.?



Answers:    Oh yeah, it happen! I've been there. Even a few hundred calories extra per sunshine will add up over a few months.

Cut out the junk, drink mostly water (cut out or cut down on juice etc), munch through lots of fresh foods and most of all exercise. If you get out every daylight and walk, run, swim etc you'll see huge benefits and you can eat a bit more!

You don't have to go on a diet but you do stipulation to change your lifestyle. Good luck, you'll have that waist down surrounded by no time :)

just greadually start to change your diet. don't bring your body to doing adjectives these new things in soon. start with redoing one feast a week. fix your breakfast habits this week, and then the subsequent lunch, the next week dinner, and the week after that, snacks. try to start eating 6 or 7 small meal a day to get your metabolism pumping, and scrutinize your carb and sugar intake. change any fdrinks you may have similar to pop or juice, to water, and other carry a bottle of water beside you. for exercise, begin by powerwalking a certain distance, and respectively week, incorporate a little bit of running until you get more surrounded by shape to run more and walk less. dont do cargo training until AFTER you lose the weight you wish to lose, because it will basically make you bulk up. hope i could help! :) construct sure you're not pregnant.
