I hold exactly 3 weeks to get hold of a flat stomach! Help!?
I am 21yrs old, 5ft 4, and weigh 120lbs BUT I still have this little pooch contained by my belly and little love handles! Is it possible to lose it in 3 weeks?
Answers: I don't know if you will know how to get it done by then, but you can work on it for sure.
1. Do plenty of crunches / situps.
2. Suck contained by your stomach (you MUST keep breathing regularly for this to work) and hold it for 5 second intrevals.
Sorry thats what I do daily so that adjectives I know, but being 21 and weighing 120 is not something you should be ashamed of. I'm sure you don't obligation the work..
yes you can loose some of it in 3 weeks if you are good almost exercising every day, do some crunches(probably as many as you can do, if you work out to music do several to at lowest 2 or 3 songs worth)You probably have to do some other abdomenal workouts as well, similar to leg lifts &/or twists of the waist too, and aerobic activity close to running or even just walking. But you have to monitor what you eat too.

It depends how much you enjoy.but im 5'2,weigh 120,im guessing you're not big,so Do lots of cadio.Dancing works for me.or run.Do cardio for about an hour a day.later do strength training 2-3 times a week.the days you do strength trainig only do cardio for about 45 minutes.Eat natural foods,drink lots of water.Dont eat three hours earlier you go to sleep yup. pilates every day, situps, running, and drinking right.
do your obliques every other day to get rid of the love handle.
it sounds like you're pretty small so i dont think it will be that difficult for you. accurate luck.

I exercise none stop. get a little cuz play with him/her profusely more. eat small porches of food but eat adequate so u don't get low on energy. salads at pious to eat and sit ups. that's the only passageway i lost the pouch idk about the thighs. Everything I ever wanted to know in the region of abs I learned here...
