I enjoy until july 15th and want to lose 20 pounds?
I wanted to know some cardio workouts so i could lose my belly fat and afterwards some muscle workouts to gain muscle obviously

There are people who can become more fit but gain weight. yeah, you're crazy. Loose counterweight for good? do it slowly and steadily... change your eatting traditions and exersize.
