I maintain on intake even though I'm full, what can i do to stop?!?
After im finished with dinner, i always discern like eating something again, no event how full i am. what should I do?
Answers: Yours is the classic case of someone who would benefit from prescription appetite supressants. If you would rather not travel that route, drink a couple glasses of water beforehand your meal. They'll make you be aware of full.
I have the same issue. If you're full while you're still ingestion and you can't stop, if you're eating with other ancestors, put your napkin on your plate and say you're full. Then, even if you want more food off the plate, you'll feel/seem unexpected (and like a fatty) for saying you're full but afterwards removing the napkin and eating more. As for the eating after dinner, a moment ago try to keep busy and don't go put money on downstairs or near the kitchen. I find that if I eat contained by the kitchen and then stay there conversation to my family, I eat more, but if I be in motion right up to my room then I'm okay (and my laziness kick in so I don't want to go down and find food). Good luck! Try and plan some after dinner activities that keep you away from food. Sometimes anyone bored can lead to people intake. Schedule a game night, a movie dark, or something in that general nouns.
I also have that problem. Go on a Detox Diet (Fruit), it will take away the cravings that you describe. Get involved surrounded by a support Group do sports, or do something to keep you busy and to keep yur mind stale of food.
