For example when I use to devour 2 of something now I can't even eat partially of one. I eat the same foods, my physical diversion is still the same. Nothing has changed so I don't work out why I'm eating less and just eating. The only dramatic piece that has happened be that my boyfriend moved to another country and I'll never see him again, since then my attitude has changed and I'm other in a bad mood but I don't twig how this makes me less hungry... What do I do to procure myself back to normal?

How is this possible?

It's stress. Stress can make you do funny things. Most women eat more when they're stressed. Consider yourself kinda lucky within that regard. If it continues to the point where you are exhausted adjectives the time and you're losing too much weight, see a dr. Have you ever thought that maybe you be anorexic? If not, check on the symptoms of "anorexia". And make sure to look at the pictures. It's scary, truly. I hope you're not suffering the same thing.
