I own a problem beside self esteem...I am not relaxed near my legs. They're too sticky for my soft spot and short!

I weigh 130 and am about 5'5"

My legs seem to be too short for me. I am soo sick of rolling up my pant (I wear size 7) and I just have tacky thighs.plain and simple: Is there anything I can do to help me legs grow longer? Or at tiniest make them thinner? I would appreciate help. The simply form of exercise I get is Skateboarding (skating for a month now) and walking. I don't like chunky legs! Ugh. They don't help out my confidence. Its already low enouch as it is =/

Answers:    I was going through the same things that you be a month ago. i just started eating smaller portions of food and walking 1 mile every light of day, and doing excercises that mainly focus on my legs and lately my friends have be commenting on how my legs look skinnier.

Do you have an idea that bit of counterbalance gain is psychological, and if so, how can I lend a hand myself lose immensity?


dont, have low self esteem because, most guys i know like girls near thick thighs.
