There are some snacks on the open market that are 100 calorie snacks, however, I find those to be too expensive than just buying in bulk and separating the portions yourself. Also by physically separating them yourself, you gain an idea of what a portion is supposed to be and you learn to properly eye globe correct portions.

running find some nike shox they really comfortable and tight so they are really light and run! run at night or really untimely in the morning so that the sun doesnt hit you. do it daily... hold your ipod have fun! watch what you put away, have smaller portions drink plenty of water and exercise close to walking , running or anything

stop drinking soda, stop going out to restaurants, and eat alot of of fruits and vegetables! You better reserve 3 hours a time for running and jogging...
25 pounds in 1 month is pretty unyielding, but good luck...
