I lost freight but gain grease?
three days ago i weighed 124 with 20% body obese, this morning i weighed my self and it said i weighed 120 but near 25% body fat! Is my scale a moment ago messed up?
and i am on my period of that makes a difference. I am ususaly at almost 20-22% body fat
