I call for dynamism ( meals)?

I work hard from 6:00 a.m.- 5:30 p.m. every day, except sundays. I sweat a great deal at work and feel that I am burning some calories. I just dont know what to purloin to lunch for good energy. I used to drink coke but my sis speak that makes you weak. what should I chomp through and drink for meals?

breakfast- 6:00 a.m., 1st snack-10:00 a.m., lunch at 12:45 p.m., snack at 3:00 p.m., and dinner at 6:00 p.m.

I'm not losing weight because I clutch fat food and bad conbinations, please comfort!

How do i motivate myself to workout and munch through right?



Answers:    For breakfast try something like porridge and a piece of fruit or wholegrain toast. Porridge and wholegrains are low GI and will have a slower vivacity release to keep you going longer. For your snacks have a banana and close to a natural nut bar because they are low-medium GI. For lunch possibly a chicken salad sandwich, a biscuit or 2 (to satisfy any cravings) and an apple, orange or mixed berries. Since you can certainly sit down for longer at dinner and relax I would recommend anything from fish, rice, pasta, vegetables, lean meat, and legumes (beans, chickpeas etc). Go nuts! You can't go wrong with those kind of foods - just watch your portions and don't add on too much fat.
And for drinks: Water water and more river!

How various times a week do u get through out?


Eat fruit evey 2 hours then a LG. Salad and 5oz lean protein for dinner. Drink marine 1 hour after/before you eat your fruit
