I Need Sixpack Abs & Fast...Please Help Me!?

I AM 16 165 LBS & 5'10'', I HAVE A LITTLE EXTRA BODY FAT, AND DON'T MIND BURNING THAT DURING THIS PROCESS. THE PROBLEM IS, I DON'T KNOW WHERE TO START. CAN ANYBODY HELP ME WITH A WAY TO GET THE QUICKEST RESULTS POSSIBLE...THANK YOU SOO MUCH!

Answers:    You have to adjust your diet :
Cut out over processed foods
Cut out bad fat , sugars , carbs ... anything thats " white "
Stick with lean proteins , fibrous carbs ( veggies period EXCEPT FOR starchy carbs ) upright carbs and good fats .
Cut down on dairy and fruits . Plus study your sodium content.
Drink plenty of water
Up your cardio to 4-5 days a week 30 mins max - plus continue cargo training . Do your abs every other day , just approaching any other muscle they need rest as well .

If you are lean already and you do adjustment it should not take you long to see your abs. In most cases it takes around 4 weeks to see results but dont draw from discouraged. Nothing happens over night or suddenly :)

Is at hand anyway to slim down muscle?


If you are already semi-fit to get a six-pack you need to focus on diet and cardio. You can do crunches until you throw-up but it won't return with rid of the fat on top of your abs. Eat right and run. in recent times jog to lose the body fat and later do ab workouts to build the muscle lol
