I inevitability helppp!! please please pleaseeee :/?

okayy so i was at my friends house yesterday. we started to smoke and then drink a bit. and then someone showed up with extacy.. i took 2 rolls. and im still trippin. this trip sucks. i touch like *. like i call for to throw up.. but i cant. is there any ways to get the x out of my system faster or something?? close to should i eat or take a shower?? would any one of those help?
