I other have a feeling approaching I own to devour something!?

I try and eat healthy and I'm trying to lose for a while weight but Im always consumption. It's not because Im hungry it just feels right.. I dont know hw to explain but its close to I need to be eating something at adjectives times. |Ive already gained 10 pounds and I dont want to gain anymore. I cant treat myself anymore because it feels similar to I just need more and more! I detest it and Ive even considered bullimia but I cant let myself do it, it seems. I really necessitate help! Its like food is taking over my enthusiasm! I just ate popcorn, pringles, peaches, and ice cream plus my meal and other snacks! I feel so gross but I feel approaching I cant control it

I am 28, 5'6'', and 180 lbs- size 12. Am I too tubby?



Answers:    eating is psycological, i tend to overeat when im bored. Drink more water, it give you that full feeling, dont even consider an eating disorder thats retarted. Control portions, drink alot of river and go to the gym or make a routine of walking or doing some satisfying physical activity. What your eating isnt a stout souce of calories either .no wonder why u gained 10 lbs your ingestion complete GARBAGE! Stick to Lean proteins, Veggies, fresh fruits ( dont overdue the sugar) try to avoid pastas and breads, If you do go for a wheat bread or pasta, I eat lowcarb in a minute and i love it, it;s great to be able to go out to drink, have a nice steak with a salad, a chalice of wine. My advice is to kick the junkfood, sodas, high-ranking calorie drinks like lemonades and sweet teas, drink diet stuff and get ya toosh moving and u will see results surrounded by NO time :)

I know how you feel. You hate it but you still put away. The only way I stop myself is to physically jump and do something that keeps me busy, like weed the garden, washing the car, reading a book, anything! Also, write down every single item you eat, every day for a week. It will blow you away. And I don't guzzle anything after 7 pm, which helps. Believe me, when you're truly ready to stop it, you will. Good luck! i kno wat you tight..try to stay out of the kitchen and around food..its mental..sometimes im not hungry but theres food right there so i eat it!
