I own an consumption disorder...its call human being FAT?

Okay? Well... first off I am 17. I am not obese but am pushing the scale up to place I would resembling to be. I am 5'2 or about that and weigh about 165 on a dutiful day. I dont want to be skin and bones BUT I would like to be okay next to myself. My problem is I find it really hard to eat able-bodied. I live on my own-- Well with my boyfriend and we cook more nights a week later we eat out but its just so time consuming?

Does anyone hold ANY advice on eating better? Simple meal that are tasty? How about a spiritual up heave and go get to lose the mass? I want to so bad but its just so sturdy for me.

Answers:    5'2 at 165 is overweight -- almost obese.
Don't eat any junk food for right in a minute.
If you keep eating approaching this you'll just keep purchase.
Being over weight can cause frequent many problems just presume about that when your about to devour some ice cream or candy.
Fruit has sugar -- dutiful sugars!
Strawberries with vanilla yogurt and 2 tsp of granola satisfies my sweet tooth & its thoroughly healthy!
Try replacing all that second-hand goods food with yummy healthy foods!
Do cardio for 30-45min 5x a week...you'll consistency & look better.

eat 3x a day near 2 snacks in between -- healthy snacks -- stay contained by the range of 1200-1500 calories.
Once your on the right healthy track u can own a cheat day every 2 weeks. Eat one of your favorite junk foods. But first lose something like 30lbs before you do this.
That way you won't binge when you lose the solidity.

First don't listen to anyone opions to me it other messes up a diet. Just lower your portions I lost 57 pounds on junk food in six months by lowering portions, devour what you want to eat just demarcate.

for breakfast, eat 2 slices of whole small piece wheat bread and fresh fruit
lunch, eat whatever you typically eat for lunch (you dont have to relocate all your meals)
dinner, eat steamed vegetables
