I reaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaally entail your comfort ASAP!!!!!!?

I'm trying to lose some weight this summer (from 5 to 7 kilograms at the very least) QUICKLY. plus my diet, I've be doing aerobics 1 hour/3 times a week. is it enough? or should i practise another kind of sport beside it? I'm really willing to do everything in my power to achieve my goal (BTW my DREAAAM is to lose actually 15 kilograms)

Am i really round? im due to own a infant anyday and i started at 155 im 5'5 and im 203.?



Answers:    The best course to lose weight is to balance your calorie intake next to your calorie burn ( excercise ). Best diet when you agressively do aerobics is stay on a protein veg diet. Lots of fish, chicken, beans and nuts and anything green for salads. Steam green veggies, do not boil in water. Stay away from carbs ( rice, potatoes of any brand, breads or flours. ) Have a good yogart ( plain ) with diced strawberries. Drink plenty of hose down to hydrate..and you'll lose that weight as you go to the gym 3 days a week.

look if u wanna loose counterweight like u do, do excercise aerobics but be sure to start slow u might get hurt or achieve sick ,also do warm ups before it ,dont do diets its bleak u loose the all the stuff u actually necessitate in u, be sure to eat respectable food one serving. Maybe a healthier thing for your mind and body would be to set a target that isn't your bulk. Set your sights on building healthy habits, and reducing unhygienic food in your diet. Like on the show (in North America) "The Biggest Loser" (about weight loss) the push button is building the right patterns and habits into your existence.

Ok, relax. Try boxing. I did and, modesty aside, it did wonders: not only did I lose weightiness, my muscles firmed up. Lots of water intake though. And I didn't really go on a diet here.

loseing weight doesnt happen over dark you should set weekly goals and daily exercise goal and eat more healthy the more fruits a veggs the better sour your are look at celery it take more caliories to consume than it does to eat
