I'm very disappointed in myself; instead of losing counterbalance like I've wanted to this summer, I've gain more.

So, now, I feel it would be best if I have a plan. I will have gym access soon (at least, I hope so), so please include that. I'm trying to lose solidity in the tummy, thigh, legs and butt area, as very well as firming my butt a little bit (because it's so flabby..). I'm about 5'5', and I'm somewhere from 10-late teens, I don`t know even twenty pounds overweight.

I don't want to overwork myself..I'm only 13. I don't want to hear any 'you're too young, don't verbs about it' statements..I KNOW I need to take healthier. And, plus, exercising is fun for me.

Daily meals are fun, too, but it's not essential.

Start by stretching, walk to speed step for 15 minutes than jog for 15 minutes, speed walk for 15 minutes run 15 than cool down step for 15. Slowly increase the 15 to 20 for running and decrease the 15 of walking to 10 then to 5.
