I requirement some serve??

I am nearly 60, just had shoulder surgery, am within a great deal of pain contained by both shoulders and my hips hurt if I walk.
What I really need to know is, how do I lose the 2 stone I own put on over the last 2 years, I can't excercise apart from the physio I am having for my shoulders. I also don't devour fat and have cut down my calorie intake to more or less 800 a day.

What sort of diet to i have need of to hold to build muscle?

Have you tried swimming? You have the buoyancy of the marine, so no stress on your joints and swimming is a superb form of exercise.

Also why not talk to your physio and see if they can further push for you. Good luck

i really think u have a big problem here...if you cant exercise to use up weight then why don't you try a slimming belt instead...
it is really powerful and can help you reduce cargo :-) If your eating alot of carbohidrate and not doing exersise your going to put on wait .. try adjectives down on all the kinda breads pastas and foods like that
