hulahooping is great! cardio is good for losing substance and getting fit at the same time but i personally dislike working out so id recommend fitness dance dvds if you resembling moving to music! you can watch the dvd and dance to the cadence and its really fun and you get a brilliant workout as well! also receive sure you have a balanced diet and try and cut out snacking - not altogether, in recent times cut down on the amount you eat and you should notice a difference :) Try to cut down on your sugars. Like soda, its best to completely cut out soda, its similar to drinking liquid candy. And take the stairs, not the elevator. Getting a perdometer could oblige too, it makes you moniter your steps. If you get 10,000 steps a year, you are on your way to being more hearty, and in turn losing a couple pounds. Snaking late at darkness is also a big no no. The best thing you can do is stay away from soda, eat especially small balanced meals 4 to 5 times a light of day, limit your fat and sugar intake, and exercise! not similar to lifting weight by yourself or something terribly boring, but swim beside friends, or join a sports team. Same as adjectives the comments. I would recommend also adding lemon juice to your hose down it will help cut fats contained by your body.
Also when you do exercise, apply plastic wrap around your belly it will burn more calories and you should sweat more reducing size. It worked for me!

First 1 week do the cabbage soup diet, I did it 3 weeks ago and I lose over 10lbs after that eat right for 2 weeks after go back on the cabbage soup diet and next do moderate exercises and eat right.. After all that you will look stunning. Don't utter it don't work because I'm a living proof. well make sure you're intake enough, I was underneath the impression that the less you ate the better and that's wrong, you requirement to eat a certain amount to speed your metabolizm up... and try walking and crunches, and upright luck and be happy with yourself no issue what :)

My dear- though I realize the giant school years seem rough if you're a couple of extra lbs it will thing so little in life it's not even funny. Having said that a day by day 20min. on the treadmill and a SENSIBLE diet (fruits, veggies, fish, chicken, NO POTATOES OR CORN) will do wonders. Good luck!

do lots of exercise and eat healthily, but you have to do both to lose wieght. However, do not be in motion anorexic or something like that. Make sure you keep intake, but eat the right stuff. If you cant slim down a lot, after it might be because you are naturally big. Some people are. Drink lots of hose, eat lots of green things, and exercise often. That's just about the only way to do it. Diet pills and adjectives yourself don't work...they just make you miserable. Stick to honourable old fashion getting nutritious! You're young too...you may thin out near age naturally.

What i do to bring and keep my freight down is to do simple exercises while i do my daily activities. So, instead of newly sitting on the couch watching TV, i do little exercises like push ups and jumping jacks. excersize regularly . munch through healty!! and if u just want to looose tummy fat i would basically do sit ups every day. its not that hard possibly while ur watching tv or something just do some sit ups but u would have to do it REGULERLY!! honourable luck
