I want to lose 10+ pounds during july.?

Im 5'6, 158 and i run 6 miles a day 4 days a week. 3 in the morning and 3 subsequently. I want to lose 10+ pounds fast as i healthy can. I try not to drink more then 8OO-1000 calories a day, and after running 6 miles burns off 600. I need a excersice/ diet plan for a 15 yr ancient teenager. Anyone can help?

I am six foot high, and weigh 140 pounds. I involve to gain immensity, but want correct freight beside muscle.?



Answers:    i am 15 too and perchance i could help. my mom is a nutritionist and she always give me advice when it comes to weight loss. i am in a minute trying to lose 10 pounds even if i will probably be underweight if i do it.. i don't know.. i don't feel good nearly myself.

what i eat:
fruits (apples, water melon, grapes, oranges, etc, purely try to avoid bananas, they have about 100 calories each)
vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, etc, i don't munch through brocolli - i don't even know to spell it, because i was raised contained by europe and i have different tastes when it comes to food but relatives say it's healthy)
chicken/turkey/fish
cereal
granola bars
soup
cheese (small portions)

and you know what to stay away from,right?
nippy food, soda, bread, candy, ice cream (once in a while it's ok to own some.. but try small portions if you don't want to put back all the weightiness you've lost)

in the morning i usually eat cereal + milk and some fruits.
later after 2-3 hours i have a snack.. usually it's agranola bar.
for lunch i devour soup
for the 2nd snack i have a fruit
for dinner i eat chicken and some cheese + vegetables.basically put them on your plate and make sure they look good. this make you want to eat them lol.

drink green tea and water. BUT never ever drink right after you munch through. wait for 30 min.
it's a good thought to drink water before intake because it makes you feel full.. but again.. not right since you eat.
i read somewhere that it helps if you drink sea after you wake up. i don't know.

exercise.. hmm. swimming helps profoundly. what i usually so is rope jumping. i do this inside my house everyday for 30 min. just stick to the diet, don't start consumption chocolate after 2 days and you will see the difference. good luck dude <3

drink lots of green tea&& cold water- it raises your metabolism.

Eat something satisfying and healthy for breakfast that will keep you from indulging on snacks, i.e banana w/ life peanut butter.

if you must snack, eat apples, baby carrot, and celery sticks.

for lunch have something along the lines of a low cal salad (skip the fattening dressing and opt for something more healthy similar to vinagrette) or a fruit salad w/ low-fat yogurt.

Don't eat after 6 or 7, and for dinner eat frothy carbs (they help you sleep, and sleep is key for losing weight) such as intact grain pasta in a marinara sauce or bean salad contained by a whole wheat tortilla.

Stay away from sugary drinks as it is useless to waste calories on liquid. Also stay away from chips, pastries, ice cream, and high-sodium foods.

Continue with your running, and stretch like mad, as this helps loosen your muscles and can promote weight loss as in good health.
