Answers:    That's almost impossible, but here's a good work out.

You must stay away from fast food, fried food, fatty food, soda, sweets, candy, chocolates, white bread, and inorganic juice filled with sugar.

Drink a cup of cold water on an empty stomach respectively day, that forces your body to increase your core temperature, and burning calories.

Reduce the amount of food you devour, and use a smaller plate, so it will be easier.

Eat slowly, and enjoy your food. That would make you get the impression 'full' after a small meal.

Instead of 3 large meal, switch to 5-6 smaller meals.

During the day, drink some green tea in need any sugar, it's been proven to increase weight loss, by stimulating your metabolism and this burning more calories.

Work out within the morning, sign up to a gym. Hire a personal trainer for a week. And once you get used to the work out he gives you, you can do it alone. But if you can't do that I suggest you do the following. Work out 20-30 minutes on a treadmill, speed 4.5 increasing 0.5 respectively 5 minutes. And exercise on an Elliptical / Cross Trainer for 30-40 minutes. Remember you need to walk on the treadmill. Walking is for shipment loss. Running is for muscle gain.

Snack on fruit, vegetables, and nuts.

Drink alot of water.

After you eat dinner, dawdle 3 hours until you sleep. So change your schedule. For example you sleep at 11 P.M., guzzle at 8 P.M..

Inearly did the lighter life diet and i can voice it does work. The reason i didnt do it in the termination was because it was gonna cost lb66 a week for the soups etc and i purely couldnt afford it. Also be aware that u will need a medical done by ur gp and they may well charge you. I go for my first lighter life meeting, found out adjectives the info then didnt go put money on as i couldnt afford the gp charge and the weekly fee so i tried my own similar diet of just drinking soups and other fluids and i lost 9 lb 2 weeks.

If you can afford it later go for it, it does work and you will look and feel great.

I am afraid you are man unrealistic, you are not going to lose that much weight in that time. 7-10 kilos a year, might be a more sensible desire. To do this you will need both diet and regular vigorous exercise at least possible 5 days a week. Am I right in thinking you are manly? Because if you are, 32kilos in 3months is most DEFINATELY manageable! Im a woman and own lost 3.5stone in 9weeks! Im heading for 4.5stone plus in 14weeks, but men lose the consignment far quicker than the women on Lighter Life, so more than the 32kilos would even be manageable if you are male.
