1. Drink LOTS of water. It make you feel full, improves your skin tone, and make you feel more energized.

2. Whenever you feel the urge to chomp through some junk, count to 30. It takes your mind past its sell-by date of the food, and cravings usually pass in roughly 10 seconds, anyway.

3. If you MUST have a snack, cause it a healthy one. Eat some fruit or veggies. I personally love pineapple as my snack. It's full of flavour - really juicy and sweet! I also love grapes and apples.

1. just walk alot and do sit ups, otherwise you'll bring back too hungry
2. either 3-4 really small (like 100 calorie) meals or 1-2 smallish ones
3. a short time ago jog/bike to tone thighs
4. if its not greasy, you dont have to wash more than resembling 3 times a week.otherwise, everday
