I also work out every day but still gain solidity very quickly when I am not eatin the right foods, or newly eating to much of the right foods. Try to start count your calories, I always try to stay around 1200 calories a daylight. If you do this for a week I promise you will notice a difference.
You're not extremely fat, but you are demonstrably eating way too various calories if you exercise that much and still weigh 149...But you are young so a diet isn't a good view.Just cut out the fast food and processed stuff like illustrious fructose corn syrup and partially hydrogenated oils...Don't munch through when you're not hungry.But don't think of it as a diet! Think of it as just anyone healthy... no, don't diet. you shouldn't diet when you're that young. drink healthy and exercise. also, speed up your metabolism by eating smaller meal more often (and don't forget to eat breakfast and it's pious if you exercise and drink water before ingestion breakfast). there are also other ways to speed up your metabolism. good luck :)
