I'm exercizing and watching what I drink, but still putting on immensity. Why is that??
I recently gained 20lbs on a 6 months trip surrounded by Central America. While I know how easily I may have put so much counterweight, by enjoying the local food and not being as alive as before (I used to cycle everywhere, about 1h30 a daytime on average), I thought that I would easily lose it once back home, surrounded by a stable situation, eating heatlhy and exercising. I go swimming 3 times a week, and try and save a calorie intake of 1600-1800 calories. I'm 26, 5ft8... and I'm sad to say that I've gain another 10lbs since my return from Central America, 2 months ago, and my weight is getting closer and closer to 200lbs! :-(
I don't know what to do. Even being nutritious makes me fat.
Answers: IMHO.if you cycled everywhere back to maintain your weight. You said a hour and a partially a day. Now you swim three times a week. To lose weight you inevitability to take up cycling again. Keep swimming and add some other exercises close to weight training and skipping rope, to your program. You also may need to drink more hose down and to eat between 1200 to 1300 during the week and 1300 to 1600 on the weekends. On the weekends go dance or hiking or even some long window shopping..Take a walk at lunch time.

One piece could be that muscle weighs a lot more than solid. You're getting more muscular and thats why you're putting on weight as well. It's simple - you are fooling yourself. Don't munch through till you are hungry in your stomach, not just contained by your mouth. Have a small but nutritious breakfast (200 cals), then don't eat till 13.00 hours, and don't guzzle after 19.00 hours. You are thereby allowed to eat what you like up to 1800 cals over this length of 6 hours. I prefer to have one meal towards the running out of this period which will make me discern a little overfull. During your periods of self-denial only drink non-cal liquids. Forget rebellious exercise, walk fairly immediately at least an hour every day. I am assuming you are mannish.
