Im joining the convoy?

and need to loose a inch in my stomach swiftly or gain alot in my neck so if anybody have any tips or tricks to get by the tape tryout i would appreciate it. now don't think im a stagnant fat body i can pass every physical piece they have i think near measuring me wrong so if anybody can find the navy regs on this i would also appreciate it

Answers:    Um very well im in the army reg's and physical fitness in makeshift and in the first few courses is going to be difficult because their trying to weed out all the impossible material.

What you need to be honest at is running long distances, push ups and chin up.

I want to lose counterbalance by roughly august 8th, my cousins celebratory haha. does anyone own any tips or diet tricks?
