OK I'm 15 and I weigh around 167 pounds. I recently started a diet four days ago. My regular calorie count is like 2500 but since I've started this diet it's be like 700. My parents keep maxim I'm starving myself, but I'm really not. I feel plentifully better since I've been on the diet, but my parents just don't agree. Is it average or am I harming my health?
