I'm too obese to do a sit-up or a push-up , what do i do?
im obese my gut is too big to a sit-up or push-up.
Answers: If you are as you say, too fat, it is totally, utterly and completely pointless going sit-ups - adjectives you will do will be to build the muscle under your stomach fat which'll push it out further.
At present, push-ups will also be difficult as you probably don't enjoy the strength in your arms to support your weight - again, any benefits from them would be unknown by fat.
You need cardio - this will burn the section of fat. Once you have reduced this next its time to do crunches, push-ups and weights as then you'll see the results.
Depending on how much excess weight you are carrying depends on how much exercise you can do. If you are *seriously* overweight, please speak to your Doctor and they'll make a contribution you a proper exercise plan to follow - better do that than listen to someone on here telling you to go a 30 minute walk briskly and you end up keeling over with chest pains and sore knees and you can't breathe!
try consumption sensibly and taking nice walks surrounded by the counrtyside. then when you have the bulk under control a bit more start joggin or something similar. Just start off next to light walking 15 a few times a week.
Then the next week move it up to 30 mins and so on :)
goodluck xo
drink less ( and healthier ) and do cardio to loose the gut.
